Some staff need training on there computer system as another member of staff who must of been on day off has more knowledge. I will only be back in when they are. Should all be wearing name badges as I had no clue who I was talking too.

Good stock, Rubbish Staff! Just because the front wheel doesn't have a front brake caliper on doesn't mean you need to not only put the wheel on the wrong way but also the front tyre going the wrong direction! Also, if you're given a caliper to go and get me some pads, I don't expect the wrongs ones to be sold to me at an extortionate price! Halfords staff maiing the most of the isolation period by getting you the most expensive parts on the shelf! £26.99 for 2 sets of pads. Ebay £8 free postage. You've just lost a customer!

Very unhelpful staff thought it was funny that my daughter has to drive 40 miles in the dark with headlight bulb gone she was told we can't do it my hands are to fat this is not the first time she has been there and been given no help needless to say she will make alternative arrangements and not use halfords again. I will not be using them and certainly wouldn't recommend them

Brought a £1400 bike from store , as no paper receipts are produced staff took email address & said I would receive receipt in 48 hours 5 days later still waiting , very poor can't prove I own bike will shop for next bike elsewhere
