I recently brought a scooter from halfords and had to take to back to store as none of the holes lined up and while sorting this a member of staff rode it damaged it and when I complained they chucked me out the store and barred me I have scooter care which I can't use. I have never met such rude staff. I have made an official complaint and heard nothing from halfords except a letter barring me and my husband. I am going to be taking legal action as I have now paid for scooter care which I cannot use. I always buy our bikes and scooters from here however never again. I will be taking legal action and taking to the papers. Thanks for spoiling my son’s birthday
went there to get some paint for my car and it states on the website that there "experts" can help you find this. I got there and was accused of lying that the website doesn't say this and they can't help. after I proved I wasn't lying all I got was a red faced sorry what a joke get better staff and match your website claims to what your staff can actually do.

COWBOYS wrongly fitted car tyres, instead of van tyres, to my commercial van of which I was unaware of at the time. 3 months later, one tyre started to bulge due to stress. On returning to the tyre cowboys’ I tried to rectify the problem. I was then told they cannot refund me. The only offer they gave was 1 tyre at 50% discount this has left me with 2 unusable tyres. Be aware they will fit any type of tyre to make money. Remember it’s your life that’s at risk. Trading standards informed.

Would have given this a -5 if I could absolutely unbelievable went and got 2 new tyres, they turned out to be the wrong size and they have an unexperienced and untrained man working there that man fitted the tyres and cracked the alloy when putting tyre on. Went back to resolve this matter and boss said not their fault and don't believe us and refused to put wheel back on the car after welding if we did not pay him full price even though the company damaged the alloy and got a college to block us in, top it all off boss shouted get out and assaulted me because I wanted to look at my tyre in the end police had to be called!! Boss is very nasty and abusive vile service and don't make any corrections on work worst experience I've ever had at a tyre place dodgy workmen and service DO NOT COME HERE!! Not worth time or money complete scam will never come back here.

Sold me some tyres about 6 months ago, they told me that it wasn’t worth getting the budget option so went for mid-range tyres. Paid for tracking as that's the reason my last tyres needed changing. The garage did not touch my tracking, the tracking arms were seized and rusted meaning that they could not be adjusted, however the garage failed to tell me this so just ruined £240 tyres. Would never return and would never recommend to anyway. I had 2 different mechanics tell me that it doesn't look like anyone had touched my tracking in ages.
